Delete Your Account

You can request ConWatch account deletion directly from the mobile app or the web app. This page walks you through the steps and explains what happens to your data once you confirm.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to ConWatch (via the app or app.conwatch.io)
2. Go to your Profile
3. Tap "Delete Account" (below Sign Out) and confirm through both prompts
4. You'll be signed out immediately, and your account enters a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion

Reactivating your account

If you sign back in within 30 days, you'll be prompted to reactivate - or you can reactivate anytime from the banner on your Profile screen while deletion is pending.

What gets deleted

• Deleted after 30 days: your account, profile, saved conventions, badges/points/XP progress, avatar and feedback attachment files
• Kept, but no longer linked to you: any conventions you submitted remain published for the community, but are detached from your account
• Retention period: 30 days from your deletion request, unless you reactivate first
