By downloading, installing, or using ConWatch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
ConWatch provides an informational directory and discovery tool for third-party conventions. We are not the organizer of any convention listed and are not responsible for ticket sales, event operations, or attendee experience at any listed event.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you use to sign in and for all activity under your account.
4. Content Accuracy
We work to keep convention information accurate, but details are sourced from public listings and may change. Always confirm dates, ticketing, and venue information on the official convention website before making travel plans.
5. Acceptable Use
Don't use ConWatch to scrape our database in bulk, spam other users through feedback tools, submit false convention listings, or otherwise disrupt the service.
6. Disclaimer
ConWatch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms as ConWatch evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
